Several of the funds which the Schemes use via Standard Life for AVCs and the Retirement Account are run by Barclays Global Investments (BGI).  BlackRock have recently purchased BGI and as a result the names of the BGI funds have been changed to BlackRock Aquila.  This is just a change of name and there is no other change to the funds other than this change of name.

The Standard Life fund guide booklets are being updated to reflect the new name but until then, the BGI name will continue to be shown in the booklets.
