We make audio and large font versions of our pensioner newsletter available to help those pensioners with failing eyesight and also make big efforts to ensure our pensioner newsletter avoids difficult to read colour combinations. For our work in this area, we are delighted to have received an award at the UK Pension and Investment Communications Awards which recognises our Special Needs Strategies.
