From 1 September 2011, the correspondence address for the Pensions Service Centre has changed so please return all forms and other correspondence to the Crawley address which is

Pensions Service Centre, PO Box 1193, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 0FY.

2000 Plan and ROPS members should use PO Box 1194.

If you have returned anything to Fulwood or Farnborough, don't worry as it will be forwarded to Crawley.
