Standard Life Update
Standard Life have changed the names of two of their funds which are offered under the schemes for AVC and Retirement Account contributions. The Standard Life Fixed Interest Pension Fund has changed it's name from 1 November to the Standard Life Mixed Bond Pension Fund and the Standard Life Protection Pension Fund has changeds it's name to the Standard Life Annuity Purchase Fund.
The investment objectives and other aspects of these fundswill remain the same. The name change is cosmetic and intended to provide the investor with a clearer idea of what the fund invests in.
We will update the scheme forms and booklets to reflect the new names in due course but in the meantime you should continue to use the exisiting forms and booklets.
