Joint Pensioners Committee
BAE Systems operates a consultative process with pension scheme members. The BAE Systems Joint Pensioners Committee represents all BAE Systems Pensioners, including those from the BAE Systems Pension Scheme, the Royal Ordnance Pension Scheme and the BAE Systems 2000 Pension Plan.
Pensioner Representatives on the Committee fulfil an important role within the Pensions Consultative process of the Schemes and provide a formal channel through which matters that are of particular interest or concern to pensioners can be discussed between Pensioners and BAE Systems.
Members are elected by pensioners every two years on a regional basis (see the pdf map below) and one representative from each Scheme is elected by the Committee to serve on the Board of Trustees.
