Pensioner Representatives
A number of pensioners' associations have been set up by ex-employees, who regularly get together to organise social events and outings. These associations are mostly separate from the formal committees that work together with the Company to discuss pension matters.

To find out if there is an association near you, contact your pensioner representative, who may be able to help. If there is no association near you, why not start one? You could team up with some ex-employees, plan some fun events, and perhaps include some fund-raising with the help of the Charity Challenge team.

A map of Pensioner Representatives can be seen by clicking the pdf file at the bottom of the page.

Your Representative is always pleased to hear from you and can offer valuable help on a variety of issues, including details of your nearest Pensioner Association (also see the pdf file at the bottom of this page).

The requirement to have 10 nominations from existing pensioners in order to stand proved difficult for a number of willing candidates this time. Joining an Association can help to improve contacts within your scheme for the next round of elections.
