What happens if I don't join?
If, as a permanent employee you choose not to join Level 100+, you will need to complete the relevant option section of the HR New Starter Form.
You can join Level 100+ later
If you do not join Level 100+ immediately, future entry will require the specific permission of the Trustees and they may impose certain restrictions and conditions. You should contact the Pensions Service Centre if you wish to apply to join Level 100+ later but the final date entry will be allowed is 31 March 2012 as this section then closes to new members. They will send you a form to complete and advise you of the process.
Medical information
If you do not join Level 100+ immediately, the Trustees reserve the right to request medical evidence of good health as a condition for admitting you to Level 100+ and, if they think it appropriate because of your medical condition, to allow your membership of the Scheme on restricted terms.
Restricted terms
If you are a member admitted on the basis of restricted terms, your benefits may be restricted. If you are affected by restricted terms you will be notified in writing on joining the Scheme.
