Central Pensions Consultative Committee (CPCC). This committee meets centrally and is made up of 12 reresentatives from each of the Northern and Southern Area Committees. Its function is to examine and present the views advanced from the Area Committees in matters of general interest or concern to the BAE Systems Pension Scheme and its operation. The CPCC elects six of its members to serve on the Board of Trustees.

Northern and Southern Area Consultative Committees exist to discuss pension issues that have arisen and to exchange views on items of a more general interst to members of the Scheme. Member Representatives are elected by the whole in-service membership of the Scheme.
