Death Benefits

Death in service
If you die in service, the following benefits may be payable:

Lump sum
Spouse's/Civil Partner's/Dependant's pension
Children's pensions

Death in deferment
If you die after leaving the Scheme, a Spouse's/Civil Partner's pension may be payable.

Death in retirement
If you die in retirement, the following benefits may be payable:

Lump sum
Spouse's/Civil Partner's/Dependant's pension
Children's pensions
